I see Olga monthly for a customized facial. I have really acne prone skin and I’m in my late 20’s. I feel like I’ve tried everything and nothing has seemed to do the trick. I’ve gone to Olga 3 times so far and there is 100% a noticeable difference in my skin. I break out less, have smaller pores, and overall better texture. I would definitely recommend!! Also, the staff is super pleasant :)

I visited this location Friday 11/2/18. I am giving this location 5 stars for "Front Desk" friendliness, customer service and the Facial services provided by "Lilly" . This was the first time I received a facial and it was so much more and better than I expected. Lilly was amazing she not only was friendly and engaging but very professional. She created a warm relaxing environment and educated me on how to achieve and maintain good skin health. Sometimes when you receive personal services like massage or facials you feel as if the person providing the service only talk to you because they are obligated to or want a big tip. I didn't feel that while receiving services from Lilly . She was genuine and kind. In fact I had such a good experience I booked appointments for my sister and sister in law the next day , they reported equally amazing experiences. I will be setting up facial appointments with "Lilly" for my close friends as gifts in the next few months. If you want an exceptional personal pampering experience you must book a facial with "Lilly" I promise you that you won't be disappointed.

Lisa is wonderful! Her facials are therapeutic to me and much needed "Me Time". She explained questions I had on the products she used and when she analyzed my skin, she recommended products. One of my favorites is the facial steam. I feel I can literally feel my pores opening up. She analyzed my skin and then cleaned my pores. I can only imagine what it looked like. I love their "sunshine in a bottle" smells like oranges and is called C-Estra. It's a vitamin C. Using proper skin care gives me a good base for any foundation/make-up. I have not been disappointed. I left there with my face hydrated and glowing. Felt so smooth. The staff at the front desk is also wonderful! I love how ME texts you in advance with making sure you can make your appointment and check-in. I highly recommend Massage Envy!

Theodore was amazing!!! The massage was excellent, definitely the best I’ve ever had!! He was so nice, and explained things very well! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEODORE!

Olga is amazing she gives the best facials. My face started to clear up with just the first facial I got with her. I have been going to massage envy for three plus years but wow Olga is the best!

It was a great experience, it was my first microderma infusion and Rachael made sure it goes very smoothly. My skin feels great after. She is kind and caring and cares for all her clients. The salon is tidy and organized. The girls at the desk were very helpful and sweet. Overall amazing, got the member ship too. Please ask for Rachael if you go her for infusion!

One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time by Raquel. She was very professional, taking her time and giving extra attention to my most targeted problematic areas, while also being mindful of the intensity. I would recommend her to everyone. The room was quiet and the table quite comfortable with a heated cushion. The whole experience was very relaxing indeed!!

I’ve never had a massage before and the staff and environment made the experience amazing! The receptionists were very sweet and helpful, and my massage therapist Annalisa was wonderful, I highly recommend booking with her! Cannot wait for my next session.

SUSHILA IS THE BEST AT MASSAGE ENVY GARDEN CITY!! I have had a membership with Massage Envy now for over 13 years now, I have got to be one of the longest member there! With that said, I am pretty picky with who I go with because I look for certain things to be done. I want a therapist to be consistent. I have gone to pretty much every therapist, some are okay and some are not for me. I work inside and outside, I go to the gym 4x a week, I lift weights. My body is beat up from accidents, work, gym and life. I started going to Sushila this year and out of all the therapists, I find her being the best for me. She works on relaxation, light to medium pressure which I like. I’m not a big fan of 60 mins as I feel like it’s not enough time to really give the body the love it needs so I usually do 90 min sessions. Sushila listens and does focus on whatever body part you tell her; from feet/legs, hands, quads, back, neck/head. I schedule 90 mins massages every week with Sushila because I enjoy the de-stress and relaxation. Also, I find that she’s the only one to use a hot towel which I enjoy. No other therapists use the towel. Thank you Sushila! I’ll see you soon!
